Eric Price - String Ensembles & General Music
A former Stanley Music student, Eric is a professional bassist, conductor, composer, and arranger. He graduated from UC Davis with a BA in Music Performance and Shenandoah Conservatory with an MM in Double Bass Performance. Eric recently completed his teacher credential internship program through CSU East Bay. Before teaching at Stanley, Eric taught as a roving bass instructor in San Francisco and the East Bay, an orchestra adjudicator, and private lesson teacher.
In his spare time, you'll find Eric reading, cooking, baking, gardening, or listening to podcasts. Eric has recently performed with the Berkeley Symphony, BroadwaySF at the Golden Gate Theater, Woodminster Summer Musicals, and Berkeley Repertory Theater.
Todd Minson - Band Ensembles, Chorus, & Jazz Bands
In addition to being a dedicated music educator, Todd is also a professional trumpeter, vocalist, drummer, and French hornist. Todd's passion for music was born and nurtured while growing up and attending Lafayette schools (Springhill, Stanley, and Acalanes). After receiving further training at CSU Hayward (now CSU East Bay), Todd performed with groups all over the Bay Area including Berkeley Symphony, Oakland East Bay Symphony, Opera San Jose, CCMT, and many others, all while staying active as an educator through private lessons and coaching in public school music programs.
From 2016-2022, Todd was the director of director of bands and orchestras at Mt. Diablo Elementary and Diablo View Middle School in Clayton, CA. In his free time, Todd enjoys composing music, hiking, biking, playing softball, BBQing, and spending time with his wife and three children.
