The Lafayette Summer Music Jazz Workshop gets under way July 30 - August 3 at the Stanley Middle School Campus.
The week culminates in a free concert that features all the students
and teachers. It is held in the Multi Use Room beginning at 3:30pm and
goes continually until 8:30pm. You are cordially invited to come for
some or all. A limited number of BBQ dinners will be availabe for
purchase that evening. The BBQ is provided by Chef's Touch of Walnut
Creek. The Lafayette Summer Music Jazz Workshop is sponsored by the
Generations in Jazz Foundation. It is directed by Mary Fettig and Bob
Athayde.
